Pay: $38-$45/hour based on experience
Per Diem: $150/day paid for days worked if all qualifications are met

Job Description:

MMR is seeking Procurement Coordinator candidates to oversee procurement activities including purchase order tracking, vendor coordinator, submittal alignment, material expediting, delivery forecasting, and support for pricing, equipment documentation, and material readiness. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and maintain a procurement log inclusive of submittal approvals, engineering review process and manufacturing delivery 
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Scheduling departments to ensure material deliveries align with installation milestones 
  • Track purchase orders and vendor commitments 
  • Expedite critical materials and long-lead items 
  • Coordinate submittal approvals with procurement activities
  • Monitor delivery schedules and status reports 
  • Support pricing and change order requests
  • Coordinate with Quality and Commissioning Manager on equipment preservation procedures 
  • Coordinate with vendors to receive operation and maintenance manuals for all MMR installed equipment
  • Coordinate supply risks to project leadership 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
