Job Description:
MMR is seeking Jobsite Clerk candidates for a project located in Lithia Springs, GA. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Composing, sending, and responding to emails including crafting professional emails, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining organized email correspondence.
- Preparing paperwork, daily reports, and safety documentation for review and submission.
- Entering data from construction operations into relevant software and databases, ensuing integrity and accuracy.
- Assisting with scheduling tasks, organizing meetings, appointments, and managing calendars to avoid conflicts.
- Prioritizing and tracking to-do lists and keeping track of tasks and deadlines.
- Managing both paper and electronic files, organizing and maintaining filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of documents.
- Taking detailed notes on Microsoft Word during meetings and distributing them to relevant parties.
- Handling clerical and administrative duties related to task or project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Adhering to all safety and company rules and regulations.
- Must be able to travel to and from the jobsite via personal vehicle or other public form of transportation.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of zero to one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Data entry and scheduling experience required
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong Computer skills and aptitude for learning.
- Detail oriented, able to recognize errors quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks.
- Monday- Saturday, 58 hours (five 10's and an 8), subject to fluctuate
- English (Required)
- Spanish (Desired, not required)
