MMR is seeking candidates for the position of Project Estimator at its corporate headquarters. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:

• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings virtually or in person.
• ​​​​​​Prepare complete and accurate quantity takeoffs and bill of materials.
• Develop, submit, and obtain answers to requests for information.
• Prepare, solicit, and review quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and other RFP documents to ensure estimate is 100% compliant.
• Prepare and assemble proposals for submittal to the client.
• Facilitate the estimate turnover process to project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BS degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent estimating experience
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environment
• Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
