Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications. Per diem available for eligible travel.
Work Schedule: Depends on the site, anywhere from 5/10s to 7/12s.

Job Description:
MMR is seeking Electrical Engineer candidates to support the design and analysis of power systems in utility transmission/ distribution or industrial projects. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform work in accordance with NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA 70E, and applicable utility or facility standards.
- Support construction activities, RFIs, retrofits, and startup efforts while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Depending on role assigned lead field teams or office teams to support construction teams
- Assist in systems startups, commissioning efforts, and close out of projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates with backgrounds in utility transmission / distribution or industrial power distribution will be considered.
- BSEE or equivalent engineering degree
- 1+ years of experience in either utility power systems or industrial power systems
- Working knowledge of NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and/or NFPA 70E
- Ability to review one-lines, schematics, relay drawings, grounding layouts, and equipment arrangements
- Familiarity with protective relaying, MCCs, SWGR, substation components, and utility equipment
- Experience supporting construction, RFIs, retrofits, or startup activities
